1. Purpose

Confyd is an emotional wellness app powered by artificial intelligence. These Terms of Service govern the use of the Confyd service, accessible via the iOS and Android mobile apps.

2. Access to the Service

• Free registration with a valid email address
• Minimum age: 16 years (or with parental consent)
• One account per person

3. Service Description

Confyd offers:

• Conversations with customizable AI companions
• Personal feed (mood, journal, photos)
• Mood tracking with emotional calendar
• Insights, patterns and AI weekly summaries on your wellbeing
• Flashbacks (memories) of your past moments

Important: Confyd is NOT a mental health professional. The app does not replace medical or psychological care. If you're going through a difficult time, please consult a healthcare professional.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Confyd offers several subscription plans with different feature levels. All subscriptions include a free trial period upon first subscription.
• Subscription plans, their respective features and current pricing are detailed in the "Pricing" section of the app and the confyd.app website.
• One-time top-up packs (non-recurring purchases) may also be available for additional usage.
• Payment via App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
• Automatic renewal, cancellable at any time in your store settings.
• Refunds: subject to Apple/Google policies.
• Pricing and plans may evolve. Active subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any changes take effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use Confyd for personal use only.

It is forbidden to:

• Post illegal, hateful, or defamatory content
• Harass or threaten others
• Impersonate someone else
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Confyd app and its content (design, code, text) belong to Confyd.
• Your conversations and personal data belong to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Confyd is a daily wellness tool, not a medical service.
• The service is provided "as is", without guarantee of 100% availability.
• We cannot be held responsible for service interruptions or data loss due to external factors.

8. Termination

• You can delete your account at any time in the app.
• We may suspend or delete an account in case of abuse or Terms violation.
• After termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

9. Applicable Law

• These Terms are governed by French law.
• In case of dispute, the courts of [VILLE_TRIBUNAUX] have jurisdiction.
• Mediation is possible before any legal action.
